Delete your account

Verify the registration email here to delete the cloud account. Deletion does not remotely erase local notes already stored on your devices, but cloud synchronization stops.

What happens next

We verify account ownership with a code sent to the registered email.
You review the deletion scope and confirm that it cannot be undone.
Account records, remotely stored encrypted notes, attachments, versions and device records are deleted, except information that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention or security reasons.

Before requesting deletion

Export any notes you need and complete synchronization on all devices. Account deletion is not the same as signing out or uninstalling the app and cannot restore encrypted data after removal.

Each device keeps its own local notes. After account deletion, those notes remain on the device and stop syncing. Clear them separately on each device if you also want to erase local data.
