DAYUMEMO

Write freely. Keep control of your data.

Keep Markdown, images and attachments on your device and continue working offline. When you need multiple devices, only encrypted content is sent to the cloud.

A note app should feel light. Its data boundaries should feel clear.

DAYUMEMO keeps editing, encryption and primary storage on your device. It works as an everyday notebook while preserving the portability of Markdown, complete attachments and version history.

Capabilities

From quick capture to long-term organization

Keep your own writing habits and avoid locking private content into a format that only opens through a cloud service.

01

Sign in and edit offline

When complete account data already exists on the device, you can open notes, edit and view attachments without a connection. Local changes sync after connectivity returns.

02

Markdown-centered editing

Use headings, lists, tasks, tables, quotes, code and live preview while keeping content readable, portable and ready for future export.

03

Attachments and native preview

Add images, audio, video, PDFs and Office documents. Each platform uses the most suitable web or native system preview.

04

Version history on a local commit chain

Each save creates a traceable revision. If multiple devices edit the same note, earlier content remains available in history.

05

Complete batch export

Package notes, attachments, tags and historical revisions into a ZIP archive with structured metadata for backup and future restoration.

06

A consistent cross-platform experience

iOS, Android, macOS and Windows share the same note model and primary interface, with native sharing, file selection and preview where it matters.

Focused workspace

Keep content in front and tools within reach.

Search, filter and create from the home view. Read quietly in preview, then enter the editor only when needed. Light and Dark keep the same structure across devices.

  • Search titles and content with multiple sorting modes
  • Preview large notes quickly and load the full text on demand
  • Keep language and theme preferences consistent

Bring note-taking back to the content

Local storage is the default path. Cloud sync is useful without becoming intrusive.

Clear data boundaries matter more than a pile of features.

Privacy model

The cloud stores ciphertext, not a readable copy of your notes.

Data keys are created on the client. Notes and attachments are encrypted and decrypted on your devices. The service stores encrypted data, an encrypted keystore and the synchronization commit chain.

Desktop is suited to long-form organization; mobile is ready for quick capture and review. The account migration QR code brings an existing account to a new device, while the device list shows recent access.

Free to use, with a clear boundary around sponsored content.

The note list may contain one clearly labelled, non-personalized sponsored item. Note text, attachments, keys and account migration QR codes are never used to select ads.
